Goodbye Gluten by local author Sally Holland features delicious gluten free recipes over six chapters; baking, bites, meals, desserts, Christmas and children. It was a pleasure to design this 240 page hardcover book for Sally in collaboration with photographer Tracy Stamatakos. The imagery throughout the book is stunning and showcases the food beautifully. Gluten free is all about the flour so we thought it would be fun and unique to deboss kitchen utensils into flour for each chapter page.
The book launched in 2015 and due to it’s success a 2nd printing followed shortly after.
